• Single Family/Multi Family Residences - 0” - 6” of water
• A few missing shingles

this is the yellow placard labeled "warning" and is posted in front of properties that may have if not limited to many missing shingles, broken windows, doors, minor shifting of settling foundation, damaged septic systems (flood), and 6 - 18 inches of water in a single family or multi family residence
