Operation Outreach is a Serve Austin impact service initiative that addresses urgent community needs related to women military veteran support. This program is designed to to facilitate veteran reintegration by helping 100 new female veteran volunteers serve other female veterans in a proactive manner to ease the transition from military to civil society, and provide for better veteran access to benefits, resources and services.
