New Austin-Branson nonstop flight announced
at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport
AUSTIN, TEXAS - New nonstop air service between live music and recreation hot spots Austin, Tex. and Branson, Mo. was announced on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Beginning May 17, 2010, Branson AirExpress will offer nonstop service five days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.
The new flight will depart Austin-Bergstrom at 8 a.m. and arrive in Branson at 9:30 a.m. The return flight will depart Branson at 4:45 p.m. and arrive in Austin at 6:15 p.m. Tickets are available by calling 1-888-FLY-BKG1 (1-888-359-2541) or at www.BransonAirExpress.com.
Branson has long been known as a showcase for Grammy-winning Country music stars. Today, there are even more opportunities for the whole family including amusement parks, white water rafting, hiking and shopping among others.
Branson AirExpress flights are operated by utilizing ExpressJet Airlines, Inc. The fleet of fuel-efficient Embraer ERJ-145 aircraft configured with no middle seats, more than 100 channels of free XM Satellite radio, and cushioned leather seating.
