In 2014 City Council enacted Resolution 20140925-090 initiating code amendments to “modify the in lieu donation option for affordable housing requirement for Planned Unit Developments.”
In response to direction from City Council, Neighborhood Housing and Community Development (NHCD) staff has prepared draft recommendations for potential code amendments to the Planned Unit Development Density Bonus Program. These proposed amendments are generally specific to the code sections regulating the requirement for on-site affordable housing units and the potential for developers to pay a fee-in-lieu of this requirement.
You can access the draft code amendments as of May 28, 2015 here.
