Making A Difference

I want to take a minute to thank Officer Brian O'Quinn and his partner, Officer Nickolaus Castillo with the APD. The officers pulled me over for speeding off of St. John's on New Year's Day. My first thought was, "great, what a way to start the New Year" but they were right; I was speeding. Officer O'Quinn was authoritative yet accommodating, firm yet kind, which is a balance that must be very difficult to tip-toe in his profession these days. Thank you, Officer O'Quinn, for making my experience pleasant and for your continued service to the city and community that I love.
