* On the date of registering, and on the anniversary of that date each year thereafter until the registration is terminated, a registrant shall pay to the City, and the city clerk shall collect, an annual registration fee.
**A lobbyist's final activity report will be retained and displayed for 5 years from the date of termination.

Payments to persons to assist the lobbyist on a municipal question to influence a City Official through
media communications (broadcast, print, advertising, social media, direct mailing, etc.). Excludes
purely clerical or administrative assistance.
