An implementation plan is written each year as well as an evaluation of performance in the last year. Self-evaluation by City departments are prepared and assimilated into this report. A Transition Plan is required by the Act and structural changes are outlined by each department. The Curb and sidewalk plan is being monitored along with other plans drawn up by the City.

Employment provisions reviewed and advised upon by providing consultation on personnel and employment changes. Facilities are inspected to ensure a compliance "notice" is present where needed. The City wide policy of providing information in alternative formats is audited.

Monitoring is enhanced by department coordinator reports, survey, and on-site visits by coordinators. Citizen work groups with are established to monitor compliance in Public Works and Parks and Recreation Department.
