Our office provides the following two types of services:

1. Audit Services - We conduct performance audits and follow up on recommendations made in previous audits. These performance and follow-up audits are presented to the Audit and Finance Committee in each year's service plan. OCA also provides responses to requests for information from members of the City Council.  A comprehensive list of OCA audit reports are available online.  
2. Integrity Services - We also conduct investigations of potential integrity violations, including fraud, waste and abuse related to City services and programs. During such investigations, OCA may work with the Austin Police Department, elected officials, City management, or other appropriate external agencies to ensure gathered facts are appropriately communicated and acted upon.
