A briefing on the project was given to City Council on March 28 during staff briefings.

A public hearing on the project and requested ordinance amendment was held on April 11 in Council Chambers at City Hall (301 West Second Street).

NOTE: City Council voted unanimously (with Council Member Tovo absent) to approve the General Grounds Improvements Project, as well as the Ordinance Amendment and Variances needed to perform the work. In the approved plan, the south side accessible overlook has been relocated. The project will be presented to the Planning Commission on April 23. This is the final approval needed for the project to receive a Site Development Permit.
