Divisions

The Agenda Office provides long-range planning, weekly coordination, tracking and oversight of the municipal legislative process.  The Office provides administrative support to the City Manager and City Departments during Council meetings and work sessions.

The Automated Citizen Assistance Program (ACAP) is the City Manager's information management tool.  ACAP provides quality review of departmental responses to public inquiries brought to the attention of the City Council and the City Manager's Office.  The public's questions, concerns and complaints regarding City services are entered into the ACAP database and forwarded via Citizen Assistance Forms or CAFs to the appropriate City department for research and resolution.
