Responsible for developing Professional Service Agreements (PSA) and Construction Contracts from the time of Council Award through contract execution. The workgroup also develops Supplemental Amendments to existing PSA’s.
The Contract Development Work Group’s primary functions include:
- Professional Services Contract Development and Amendments
- Construction Contract Development
- Maintaining Contract Templates
- Support for Alternative Delivery Contract Development and Amendments
- Recommendation for Council Action (RCA) for contract changes
- MBE/WBE Coordination
- Contract interpretation
