Contract Management Division

Responsible for the on-going management of construction, alternative delivery and professional services contracts including rotation lists. Provides contract monitoring and assistance, rotation list management and claims resolution.

The Contract Management Division’s primary functions include:

  • Facilitate resolution of performance issues with contractors/consultants
  • Contract Management for Key Contracts (Construction and Professional Services)
    • includes role in contract development, amendments, change orders & Recommendation for Council Action
  • Contract assistance and facilitation of contract interpretation with Legal
  • Contracting Issues Training
  • Consultant & Contractor Performance Evaluations
