Contractors, materials suppliers and small, minority and women-owned contractors and subcontractors are invited to bid on WTP4 service and utility construction projects. Companies bidding on projects must be registered as vendors with the City of Austin.

WTP4 contracts are advertised online and in the Monday edition of the Austin American-Statesman.
