Earl J. Pomerleau Pocket Park

Project Background

Located at 1906 Patton Lane in North Windsor Park Neighborhood, Pomerleau Park is approximately 2 acres of undeveloped parkland in District 1.   The park’s natural amenities include many mature shade trees, open field space and abundant wildflowers in the spring. The park is currently completely enclosed by fencing and is not open to the public on a daily basis.

Final Master Plan

Pomerleau Park Master Plan: Placed to serve as the hub of the park, the pavilion is centered in the middle of the site for ease of access and safety. The layout combines both maintaned turf for flexible open space uses and the establishment of a native meadow for a portion of the site. There are many options for exploration through a meandering loop trail layout and connection walks while serving the neighborhood with many options for seating, gathering, exercise and play.
