Outreach

Through WTP4 design, construction and beyond your voice is important to Austin Water Utility. The WTP4 team can come to your neighborhood or community group to answer questions, get your input and give you the latest program information. E-mail to request a presentation.

You can comment or ask questions by calling the WTP4 Information Line at (512) 498-9874; emailing comments or questions to info@wtpfour.com; and attending public meetings. Citizens are also encouraged to sign up to receive News to Neighbors, the project newsletter by emailing or calling the WTP4 team with address and/or email information. In addition events such as open houses and public meetings are held and always open to the public.

Education

Austin Water is committed to transparency. WTP4 is one of the largest infrastructure projects in the City of Austin's recent history. To ensure we maintain your confidence and trust, we are providing presentations, reports, documents and maps associated with the design and construction of the project.

Many of these documents are very large and may take longer to download.
