This acquisition and rehabilitation project in the Pecan Springs Neighborhood will revitalize and provide decent affordable rental housing in an area that had been adversely affected by absentee landlords and minimal property maintenance. Once completed, this development will provide housing to individuals and families that might otherwise be homeless.
