Pressure Regulating Valve Rebate

The City of Austin offers a $100 rebate for the purchase and installation of a Pressure Regulating Valve (PRV) for residential water customers.

PRVs are a type of valve installed in a property's plumbing to regulate water pressure. They are also help conserve water, because higher water pressure leads to more waste. To be eligible for the rebate, you must have water pressure over 80 pounds per square inch (psi) and not have an existing PRV already installed.
