Records handles address and name changes for current and retired, former employees.
Viewing Your Personnel File
To view the information contained in your personnel file, call the Records Division to make an appointment. Please bring a copy of your City of Austin ID badge or driver's license to your appointment. Copies of items in your personnel file are $0.10 per page. Previous employees, please call ahead as your file may take a few days to retrieve from storage.
