Rosedale Storm Drain Improvements

There is major construction in the Rosedale Neighborhood as we install a storm drain system on Lewis Lane, Burnet Road and 40th, 42nd, 44th, 46th and 47th Streets. The purpose is to improve drainage and reduce flooding of houses, yards and streets.

This project includes the installation of 7,700 linear feet of storm drain pipe or culvert down several streets in the Rosedale neighborhood, including Burnet Road by Ramsey Park, Lewis Lane and West 47th, West 46th, West 44th, West 42nd and West 40th Streets. In addition, 7,700 linear feet of water lines will be replaced and 3,850 linear feet of wastewater lines. At the end of the project, the streets that have been worked on will be repaved.
