Water and Wastewater Impact Fee Update Documents

The Austin Water Utility updated the Water and Wastewater Impact Fee Land Use Assumptions and Impact Fee Capital Improvements Plan to reflect changes in capital costs over the past five years.

The 2007 Update documents were adopted September 10, 2007. by City Council Ordinance 20070910-007. The ordinance also amended the fee structure as shown on page CIP-34 of the Revised Impact Fee Reports.

The fee schedule is effective October 1, 2007 for subdivisions with a plat recorded on or after October 1, 2007.
