Cultural Lounge's aim is to promote an atmosphere for sharing ideas, thoughts, and concerns on issues relevant to the Black Community in Austin.

Performance and stories of former Cipher members about past, present, and future struggles and successes of being Rooted in Rap and Austin’s Hip Hop scene.
