About this Event

In many parts of Asia, food is used to achieve optimal health for the body and mind. Learn the recommended ingredients, spices, diets, and cooking styles found in Ayurveda. Due to high facility usage during the time of this event, please plan on arriving early for parking. If the AARC parking lot is full, overflow parking is available next door at the 1520 Rutherford Lane Campus . The parking lot is at the corner of Rutherford Lane and Cameron Road. The nearest entrance is off Cameron Road just before the AARC.

If you are exiting the AARC parking lot, turn right and immediately get into the left lane to make the u-turn. Make the u-turn and take the next available left at the median to turn into the Rutherford Lane Parking Lot (look for the overflow parking signs). Park and then walk to Cameron Road and take the sidewalk north to the Asian American Resource Center.
