Help Build a Rain Garden!

Saturday, November 3, 2018 - 9:00am to 3:00pm

Join us, Austin Youth River Watch (AYRW) students, the Environmental & Water Resources Institute and other community volunteers to build a rain garden at the AYRW EcoHouse! Rain gardens hold and absorb stormwater to help reduce localized flooding and erosion and to help protect water quality in creeks and the Colorado River. After volunteering, stick around for an open house to learn more about AYRW’s service to Austin’s youth and environment. Enjoy free food and drinks, live music and fun, nature-based activities!
