Description: For the last decade the Austin metro area has boomed, resulting in skyrocketing housing costs and an increase in homelessness. In 2018, homelessness in the Austin area increased by five percent according to the Ending Community Homelessness Coalition's (ECHO) annual census.
Join us as we discuss projects and programs that have been implemented in Austin and Houston to address homelessness with Eva Thibaudeau-Graczyk, Chief Program Officer of the Houston Coalition for the Homeless, Alan Graham, CEO and Founder of Mobile Loaves & Fishes and the Community First! Village, Kerry O'Connor, Director of the Innovation Office at the City of Austin.
