    The RENT Assistance Program helps Austin tenants making a low-income & at risk of losing their rental housing due to COVID-19.  RENT has been updated for 2021. Helps to pay up to 12-15 months of rent for eligible residents.

    Renters who make a low income, have been affected by Covid-19, and are in danger of losing their rental housing are encouraged to apply at AustinTexas.gov/RENT

    📆 Weekly Random Selections | Applications are selected every Friday at noon, with the highest priority groups drawn first.

    The RENT Assistance Program can help renters financially impacted by the pandemic pay rent as far back as April 2020 and up to 3 months in the future, up until December 2021.
