Are there other permits that I need to get?
- Sound Permit – for any amplified sound
- Health Permit – for any food products
- Alcohol Permit - Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission – for sale or consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Park Permits – Any activities that take place in a city park
- Temporary Use Permit – Any activity that changes the use of the property (i.e. – parking lot into a festival venue)
- Tents
- Temporary Structures
- Events held in a structure with 49 or more attendees
