The Mueller redevelopment will have approximately 4,600 residential units, including:

• Approximately 1,500 single-family detached homes
• Approximately 900 attached row houses, shop houses and Mueller houses (four-to-six-unit buildings)
• About 2,200 apartments and condominiums
