AHFC provides a number of construction programs:

• ABR- To remove architectural barriers in the home
• HRLP- To address code related deficiencies in the home
• Holly Good Neighbor program- To make repairs to homes in their HGNP boundaries
• LeadSmart Program- To address lead based paint hazards in homes built before 1978
