The 2018 Christmas No Refusal initiative has concluded. This initiative was conducted from December 21, through 25, 2018 and ran nightly from 9 p.m. – 5 a.m. During this period, 38 arrests were made for driving while intoxicated offenses:

Consent Breath Samples:        10
Consent Blood Samples:          7
 
Of those arrests, the following number had enhanced DWI charges:
           
Consent Breath Samples over .15=                            5
Class A Misd DWI (with prior conviction) =                 5
Felony DWI (2 or more prior convictions) =                4
Felony DWI Child Passenger =                                   1
