The 2018 Halloween No Refusal initiative has concluded. This initiative was conducted Wednesday, October 31, 2018 between the hours of 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. this morning. During this period, 12 arrests were made for driving while intoxicated offenses:
 
Total DWI arrests during No Refusal period = 12

Consent Breath Samples:     3
Consent Blood Samples:      2
 
Of those arrests, the following number had enhanced DWI charges:
           
Consent Breath Samples over .15 =                                  2
Class A Misd DWI (with prior conviction) =                        2
Felony DWI (2 or more prior convictions) =                       1
Felony DWI Child Passenger =                                          0
