Witnesses reported seeing dark green diesel Dodge truck strike female pedestrian before fleeing scene.

On Friday, February 9, 2018 at approximately 2 a.m., APD officers responded to a pedestrian versus vehicle crash at a gas station located in the 700 block of E Ben White Blvd.　
　
Witnesses reported seeing the truck strike the female pedestrian before fleeing westbound on E Ben White Blvd.　 The vehicle is described as a:

  • Dark green

  • Diesel Dodge pickup with lift kit

  • Oversized wheels

  • Front brush guard　

The female pedestrian was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
