APD seeking assistance in robbery/kidnapping case

Narrative:
APD detectives are requesting assistance in locating a suspect wanted for a robbery and kidnapping that occurred on November 7, 2018 at approximately 1:45 p.m. at 1300 Crossing Place.

The male victim was abducted in a vehicle, possibly a tan Lincoln 4-door car, and taken to the area of Riverside Dr. and South Congress Avenue. He was let go and was not injured.  

The suspect is described as:

  • Black male
  • Early 20s
  • 5’9”
  • 180 lbs
  • Muscular build
  • Shoulder-length dreads

He possibly has a tattoo on his cheek below his eye, no facial hair, blue colored neck tattoo (large with a word possibly started with a N or M). He was wearing a white t-shirt, black basketball shorts, black shoes with yellow trim, possible tattoos on his right arm. He had a silver ring on his right pinky and a necklace with a charm that had three letters (possibly BOT).
