The Austin Police Department (APD) Robbery Unit is working in conjunction with the FBI Central Texas Robbery Task Force to investigate a bank robbery that occurred Friday, January 18, 2019 at approximately 12:42 p.m. The robbery suspect entered the Wells Fargo Bank and demanded money from a teller. He fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Bobby Frisinger, age 46, was arrested that same day and was booked into Travis County Jail where he is facing robbery charges.
