The Austin Police Department (APD) Robbery Unit is working in conjunction with the FBI Central Texas Robbery Task Force to investigate a bank robbery that occurred Tuesday, February 12, 2019 at approximately 9:09 a.m. The robbery suspect, Chad Busto, entered the Wells Fargo Bank where he presented a note demanding money. Busto was apprehended on site. There were no injuries reported.
