Austin, TX – On Thursday, June 18, 2020, the City of Austin will be updating the software on the COVID-19 dashboard. There will be intermittent outages throughout the day. As a result of the update, the data on the dashboard will not be updated on Thursday and will show Wednesday’s data until Friday afternoon.
 
The update will include a 7-day moving average of new cases and additional policy onset dates.

Confirmed case count, death totals and hospitalization numbers are updated daily. Hospitalization and death demographics data are updated weekly. 
 
Media partners and the public are encouraged to use the dashboard to stay informed of the latest cases and trends.
