The Austin Parks and Recreation Department invites the public to three cemetery work group sessions beginning on Feb. 15 2012, to review the draft amended and restated cemetery management and operations contract.  Attendees will have the opportunity to also make recommendations regarding specific cemetery needs and issues to the Parks and Recreation Board and have the opportunity to work with staff from the Parks and Recreation Department (PARD), InterCare Corporation (ICC)staff, and the Cemetery Working Group to address cemetery issues regarding cemetery operating practices and standards.
