On Saturday, July 20, 2019 at approximately 2:47 a.m., Austin 911 received a call of shots fired at the 4500 block of Turnstone Dr. Upon arrival, Austin Police officers located Justin Pryor with life-threatening injuries. He was pronounced deceased at 2:59 a.m. by Dr. Escott. 
 
Austin Homicide detectives and crime scene units arrived to begin processing the scene. They are speaking with witnesses and looking for more information.
 
The Travis County Medical Examiner conducted an autopsy on Sunday, July 21, 2019. The cause of death was multiple gunshot wounds and manner of death was ruled Homicide.
