The online portal will be down for maintenance Thursday night into Friday morning.

Austin, Texas – Austin Public Health (APH) is adding three additional languages to the Public Testing Enrollment Form to make it more accessible for users to take an assessment and determine if they need to get a COVID-19 test.

In addition to English and Spanish, the online portal will be available in Vietnamese, Korean and Chinese.

In order to make these language upgrades, the portal will be down for maintenance starting at 8 p.m. Thursday, July 16 until 5 a.m. Friday, July 17. Users will still be able to navigate to covid19.austintexas.gov, but logging in or creating an account will be impacted.

While APH is adding three new languages to the online portal, the APH nurse hotline, 512-972-5560, allows individuals to complete the assessment in more than 200 languages for those who prefer a language that is not yet offered on the portal. Additionally, those who may not have access to a computer or Internet may utilize the nurse hotline to complete the testing assessment.

While these resources are now available, we depend on the community and its trusted leaders to help further the outreach to those who need this information.

Since April, more than 91,000 accounts have been created on the Public Testing Enrollment Form.
