Narrative:
On Friday, September 7, 2012 at 6:36 p.m., APD officers responded to shooting at 2407 Mission Hill Drive.  Upon arrival officers discovered a deceased male inside a vehicle.  The victim was identified as:

Louis Charles Allen, Black male, (D. O. B. 10-20-1989)

Several Hispanic males were seen leaving the area.  Detectives need the public’s assistance in locating a vehicle possibly involved in this incident.  The vehicle is described as a 2000 or newer model, white, 4 door sedan, with tinted windows.
