Arrested:    Autumn King, Black female, 20 years of age
 
Autumn King has been arrested for manslaughter, a second-degree felony, in the death of Eric Charles Allen. She was taken into custody by the Lone Star Fugitive task force on Monday, January 14, 2019 in Pflugerville, Texas and was booked into the Travis County jail.
 
Autumn King and Eric Allen were in a relationship and lived together at the Rampart residence. At the time of the shooting, there were two small children in the residence. King told detectives that she was posing with a rifle and aiming it directly at Allen. Allen, who held King’s phone up with his hand, was going to take a Snapchat photo of her when she accidentally pulled the trigger. 
 
The Travis County Medical Examiner ruled the cause of death from a gunshot wound. The manner of death homicide.
 
The case will be forwarded to the District Attorney’s office for further review.
