The City of Austin is offering sponsorship opportunities for its annual Austin’s New Year celebration. Sponsorship packages are available at a variety of levels for this year’s event on December 31, 2012 at Auditorium Shores and the adjacent areas. Interested sponsors should contact Kevin Shaw, Austin’s New Year Coordinator, at kevin.shaw@austintexas.gov.
Austin’s New Year (ANY) is a family-friendly, alcohol-free, New Year’s Eve event which unites the community to ring in the new year with music, art, food, and fireworks. ANY 2013 will mark the third year of the City-produced New Year’s Eve event. Over 20,000 people came out to Auditorium Shores for last year’s celebration and even more are expected to attend this year. This is the first time the City has made sponsorships available for the event.
Complete sponsorship information is available online at http://www.austintexas.gov/any. Priority consideration will be given to local Austin businesses and first-time donors to the City of Austin, as well as submissions received before October 19, 2012. Please contact Kevin Shaw at (512) 974-9316 or kevin.shaw@austintexas.gov with questions about available sponsorship opportunities.
