Deceased:    Josman James, Other male (D.O.B. 6-28-97)
 
The preliminary investigation shows that a tan, 2004 Cadillac CTS and a maroon, 2005 Nissan Murano driven by Josman James were both northbound on Decker Lane approaching Loyola when the Cadillac struck the Murano, pushing it into the southbound lanes where it collided with a maroon, 2006 Cadillac DTS.
 
The driver of the 2004 Cadillac CTS, Ashley Shelsea Rodriguez-Dominguez, age 19, fled on foot, but was later located by patrol officers. She has been charged with Accident Involving Death (Failure to Stop and Render Aid).
 
James was transported to Dell Seton where he was pronounced deceased.
