The preliminary investigation shows that Aaron Ross Weir was standing in the roadway in the 11300 block of N. Mopac when a silver, 2014 Nissan, traveling southbound, struck him.
 
Aaron Ross Weir, was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas where he died as a result of his injuries at 3:35 a.m.
 
The driver of the Nissan stayed at the scene and cooperated. Neither intoxication nor impairment are suspected to be factors in this crash. No charges are expected to be filed at this time.
