The Austin Parks and Recreation Department and The Trail Foundation (TTF) invite the public to attend the second community meeting on their latest restroom project at a public meeting on Wednesday, August 22 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Community Health Center of Austin and Travis County, 1111 E. Cesar Chavez Street. This project is to replace an existing lavatory at Festival Beach, east of I-35.
Jobe Corral Architects will present the preliminary design schematics and provide a brief project overview, responding to any questions the public may have about the design.
In addition, a digital survey will be issued for further input for those who are not able to attend the presentation. The survey will be available at www.festivalbeachrestroom.com directly following the public meeting the evening of Aug. 22, and will remain open until Friday, Aug. 31 at 11:59 p.m.
