By submitting your work for review you are granting us a non-exclusive license to publish your image on our website, our newsletter and any other promotional material. You do however retain the copyright of your image.
It is necessary that you take the time to prepare your images in accordance with our internal policies and procedures. Submitting artwork that is not properly formatted or label will not be considered for exhibition.
Furthermore, submitting artwork for consideration does not guarantee exhibition.
Image Preparation Guidelines
The first thing you need to do is photograph your work. Poor quality images are images with any of the following problems: flash glare, out of focus, poorly cropped or not cropped (i.e we see the wall or frame), uneven lighting, underexposed or overexposed images, reflective glare and motion blur. If your images have any of these problems we will be unable to consider your work.
Video Submissions and Installations
If you are interested in submitting mixed media works or video installation. Please provide with Vimeo.com password protected links. You may also submit private Youtube.com links for review. Examples of previous work are acceptable if the project you are proposing is still in production, however we will require you to show us a portion of this work in order to receive a formal invitation to exhibit.
Please include up to 20 minutes of your best work along with your role in the project (e.g. writer, director, cinematographer, etc…) and medium, dimensions and date completed.
Proposals for installations should be 2-5 pages and uploaded via PDF document and must include a floor plan schematic.
