2012 Austin Junior Golf Academy
A high quality golf instruction program for juniors to learn and enjoy the game of golf. This program covers instruction in 6 basic golf skill areas: pitching, putting, chipping, fairway irons, driving and sand traps. Classroom instruction includes: courtesy, etiquette, care of the course, and how to use the rule book. Sign up your Junior Golfer today!

SESSION 1 & SESSION 2: Ages 5-13 Dates: Session 1: June 4th - 8th, 8:00AM to 11:30AM; Session 2: June 11th - 15th, 8:00AM to 11:30AM Location: All sessions will be held at Hancock Golf Course at 811 E. 41st Street. Age Qualifications: Any boy or girl who has reached their 5th birthday, by June 1, 2012, but not their 14th birthday by June 1, 2012. Fee: $110.00 Please make check or money order payable to the Austin Junior Golf Academy (AJGA). Limited scholarships are available. Call 477-6963 for information and/or an application. |
SESSION 3: Ages 14-18 Dates: Session 3: June 11th - 15th, 1:00PM - 5:00PM Location: Classes will be held at the Jimmy Clay /Roy Kizer Golf Complex on the Joe Balander Learning Center, Short Course. 5400 Jimmy Clay Drive Age Qualifications: Any boy or girl who has reached their 14th birthday, by June 1, 2012, but not their 18th birthday by June 1, 2012. REGISTRATION: All Ages On site registration for this very popular program begins March 4th at the Lions Municipal Golf Course. Please bring your completed forms to the Lions Pro Shop. Call (512) 477-6963 for additional information. Forms may be picked up beginning February 2nd at any Municipal Golf Course or printed out from the links below. May register up to 10 students.
