The Red Cross Ready Rating program provides a framework designed to help businesses become prepared for emergencies; increase the level of preparedness, and encourage organizations to help their local communities prepare for emergencies.

This a grant for the development or expansion of small businesses in rural areas.  

PAL provides financial assistance to elderly musicians for medical and living expenses. Preference is given to blues artists, though musicians in other genres may be eligible depending on available funds.
