Nonprofits may be interested in operating the Austin Resource Center for the Homeless.
The City wishes to determine if there are nonprofit organizations interested in operating and providing services at the Austin Resource Center for the Homeless in a private/public partnership with the City. Approximately $2.2 million in local and federal funding is available annually to operate ARCH.

Nonprofit organizations should submit a statement of interest and experience for each of the services listed in the RFI. NOTE: The current operator of the ARCH is not required to respond to this RFI.
Due Date: Tuesday, July 30, 2013 by 12:00 p.m. Notifications by August 2, 2013.
ARCH services and operations currently include: Overnight emergency shelter; Day sleeping; Day Resource Center; Case management services; Coordination of co-located agency services; Coordination of cold weather shelter; Coordination with downtown homeless services; Facility management, repair, and preventative maintenance .
