The CIP Partners Academy is a series of seminars designed for City staff, vendors, and any other parties involved in the delivery of City Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects.

Rotation list contracts allow the City to always have a group of qualified consultants available to perform a specific type of recurring work, as well as expedite the selection of the consultants to meet the project needs of various City departments.

The Capital Contracting Office oversees all City-contracted construction projects with regards to the pay of all workers employed on the projects, as governed by Dept. of Labor-established prevailing wage rates and TX Statute 2258.
