The Contract Procurement Division plays an important role in providing oversight, guidance, and assistance for Capital Improvement Projects utilizing the non-conventional delivery approach called “Alternative Project Delivery Methods.”

This function of the Capital Contracting Office (CCO) oversees all City-contracted construction projects with regards to the pay of all workers employed on the projects, as governed by Dept. of Labor-established prevailing wage rates and TX Statute 2258.
