Please note! The Cultural Expansion Program is transitioning into the Culturally Specific Marketing Supplement. Starting for FY 18 activities, Cultural Expansion Program applications will no longer be accepted. An application for the Culturally Specific Marketing Supplement will be made available in early to mid-July. All eligible Core and Cultural Heritage Festivals applicants, including individual artists, arts groups, and 501(c) organizations, will be invited to fill out the simple four-question application. CULTURAL EXPANSION PROGRAM
Designed to strengthen the organizational marketing capacity and audience development of creative, culturally-based organizations, the Cultural Expansion Program (CEP) responds to a need to effectively market and increase the visibility of these arts organizations that traditionally provide programs and services primarily for minority and traditionally underserved segments of the community.
